This is a version-up utility. Similar to diff in UNIX but work with
BINARY files, too.
Suppose you had a file original.exe, and you have revised it up to revised.exe. Don't distribute revised whole, here is what you could do better. Try:
ldiff c up.doc original.exe revised.exe.
ren revised.exe temp.exe
ldiff x up.lzd original.exe .
You see a message: Old File(original.EXE) is good SIZE & CRC
Creating revised.EXE from original.EXE with UP.LZD
CONGRATULATION!! Name of new file is C:\revised.EXE
You only have to distribute up.lzd files and ask people to use ldiff.exe.

There are files gradually upgraded to ldiff.exe with version up .LZD
files. You can learn how to upgrade your file with these. Finally, you get
the final ldiff.exe.

An entirely new concept in diff_utility from Japan.

You may try and use it FREE of share.
